LWM aims to train artist leaders and local church leaders in the areas of spirit and truth worship, discipleship, team-building, songwriting, excellent service crafting, and high-level music production/events according to the capabilities, cultural distinctions, and technologies available to creative leaders in their communities.

LWM purposes to equip and encourage creatives in music-making, platform ministry, songwriting, production, discipleship processes, collaboration/interconnection, and artistic-digital outreaches in order to live out the Great Commandment and glorify God in everything we are and do.
